For our first night was had dinner at a small street food fair. The park was full of food trucks. Jon is in the black shirt, Gary in the black cap, Ruben at the head of the table, Jeff is his hat, Danny with the Hawaiian shirt and Linda his wife. |

All good trips begin with a social drink, or two, or three. Hard to see any faces through all the beer, Hinano is the local beer in Tahiti. |

The next morning we had a chance to check out this farmers market. There were folks here selling everything edible. We purchased some fruit and pastries for breakfast. The place was packed wall to wall people and had continuous rainbow of smells. there were people roasting chickens, selling fresh fish, baking bread, ripe fruit, sushi, even milk and eggs. |

Around 9am we all boarded this ferry for the 20 minute ride to the island of Moorea. |

The island of Moorea cannot grow fast enough. everyone had their gaze fixed on the slowly increasing mountain tops. |
