New Years Eve

December 31, 2003

I spent New Years Eve working in Las Vegas.  We were parked at the Harley Davidson Cafe.



There were fireworks up and down The Strip.  From our location we could view fireworks over
the Monte Carlo Casino.  The Boardwalk is shorter and in front.



This is the mighty NBC News Channel crew.  Lee Anne Gregg the reporter, me, Denise the producer, and David running the camera.
We started setting up at 10am and worked until the fireworks ended.



This is a rare picture of Las Vegas Boulevard with no traffic on it.  They closed down The Strip and let the party flow into the street.
