Hilmar Cheese Center

After I returned from Jordan I drove my truck up to Sacramento.  On my way there I stopped at the Hilmar Cheese Factory and Visitor Center.  Up stairs in the Fun Zone for Kids I discovered the 4 stomachs of the cow, how we get the milk out, and the giant grill cheese sandwich. This is Chester Cheese and he is here to inform us all that April is National Cheese Sandwich Month.  Then down stair is a room where any one with a hair net can make cheese.
