Ruidoso,  New Mexico

Ruidoso, New Mexico     September 6, 2001

For almost a week I was stuck in Ruidoso New Mexico.  Stuck because the satellite truck had a broken yoke bearing in the rear of the transmission.  At least I had a rental car to get around a bit.  I drove up Rocky Mountains in New Mexico to the Ski Apache area.  I had nothing better to do.  The view of the road was spectacular from the Monjeau Lookout.  It was a nice clear day and the far mountain ridge is about 20-30 miles away.
